Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Pre packaged slider turkey and cheese sandwich
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: One Week
Additional information: Hospitalized and tested positive for Salmonella. I bought a slider turkey and cheese pre-packed meal with cucumber, grapes and pretzels. I became violently ill with stomach cramping, chills, 104• fever. Rushed to ER and ended up in ICU 4 1/2 days.
