- comments: observed timed faucets not functioning properly at hand washing sinks in first, second, and third floor staff washrooms. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed hot water temperature above max of 120f at hand washing sinks in kitchen (135. 5f), second floor staff washroom (137. 3f), third floor staff washroom (148. 2f). Instructed manager to maintain hot water temperature at 100-120f at all hand washing sinks. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed missing door sweeps on southwest entrance doors. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed right sink slow draining in pre-k room 303. Observed leaking backflow device in second floor utility closet. Observed loose hand washing sinks and low hot water pressure at right sink in girls second floor washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle in lunchroom staff, first, second, and third floor unisex washrooms. Instructed manager to provide covered receptacles in all women and unisex washrooms.
