Observed 1 live roach crawling on top of customer's food to go box at the bagging/ packing food counter. Observed 5 live roaches on the shelf under bagging/packing food counter near single service items like straws and plastic cutlery. Observed 3 live roaches under food prep table at the back of the kitchen. Observed 2 live roaches coming out from under reach in coolers at the back of the kitchen. Observed 1 live roach under three compartment sink. Employee cleaned and sanitized areas. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2021-07-02: Observed 1 live in the prep area at the back of the kitchen 3 live at the back exit door 2 live at the mop sink/ employees' bathroom Operator cleaned and sanitized all areas.
High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse.
High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
