Buffet Illness, No Gloves - Hilton, Cancún Quintana Roo

My husband and I went on 5 days vacation at Hilton all inclusive in Cancun Mexico on Tuesday September 26 2023 we went to eat lunch at the buffet all I ate was two pieces of fish,two hours later I had diarrhea and vomiting. Wednesday morning we were supposed to check out went the front desk to mention the problem I was having instead of asking me what was my name or what room number I was in she told me to buy some medication at the gift shop if it doesn’t work come back so they can order something from the pharmacy. Not even asking me if was ok or anything for the record no one is using gloves and the buffet did not have a hot surface or should I say hot stove. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
