Reason for closure: Failed inspection while on probation. The inspector found two critical violations: An employee didn’t wash hands after touching raw chicken, and some cooked meat and noodles weren’t being cooled down in a safe manner. The restaurant was closed because it was on probation following failed inspections in June 2018 (that also resulted in a closure due to a rodent and cockroach infestation), April 2018 and September 2017.
