Hi there,My husband and I are both currently ill and we are staying at Catalonia Hotels and resorts. Since we have booked this trip, it has been an absolute nightmare. We were originally supposed to go to Jamaica, however, given the hurricane, we were unable to go, and we had lost out on money due to having to change our destination since being at this new hotel in Mexico, it has been nothing but a complete disaster. There is currently an epidemic going on in this resort that everyone here is currently sick, having diarrhoea and vomiting due to the food.
We would like to be compensated and refunded as we've been in bed for the last couple of days very ill, and we will most likely need to return home earlier.
The hotel staff has done nothing to help. As we sit in both throwing up and having diarrhoea.
