4/3/2023, Checked in on 4/1/2023. Ate at the buffet except for Eve of 4/2 Steak House. Consumed fish, chicken, salads, eggs, fruit etc. Monday AM after coffee, fruit and bread I started to feel very unwell. Explosive diarrhea several times. Retreated to my room with continuous diarrhea, headache,chills and eventually vomiting and fever. Was treated by hotel Dr given injections she ordered meds. I could not eat or drink because of continued diarrhea and vomiting. Wednesday went to St. Ann’s hospital where I was given I V Fluids. Flew out 4/6 went to my doctor on the 7th fecal sample tested positive for Salmonella, Norovirus and other bacteria from intestinal infection.I got salmonella 4/1/2023-4/6/2023 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills
