We arrived sat 1/14/23. Tues night my husband was up all night with diarrhea. Wednesday I started with diarrhea and throwing up. I can’t keep anything down or in! So glad I’m going home Sat! There was also a family in the shop buying Pepto that couldn’t get out of bed. I tried to get some pool time yesterday, (thurs) and some guy threw up right across from me in his lounge chair! Something is up here! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My husband and I had this place booked since November and when I read all these reviews about food poisoning I freaked out. He called the hotel and asked what’s going on and they simply replied “we’re aware of the issue, it’s just the dairy and the seafood” my husband responded and asked if they are refunding people who are getting sick and they said “no, we have medical teams treating them” he was so mad so he cancelled our reservation and we had to rebook another hotel for double the price we paid for this one. So sorry you had to deal with that. You would think a new hotel that’s catering to adults for such a big price would REALLY cater and care about their customer service and food safety.
