- comments: the following previous core violations from report #2583610 dated on 10/18/23 not corrected-#51- observed a small leak at the pipe underneath the exposed hand sink in the rear warewashing area. Instructed the person in charge to repair leaky pipe and maintain and #57- observed multiple food handling employees with expired food handler certificates. Instructed the person in charge to renew expired food handler certificates to comply with idph food handler requirements and maintain. Instructed manager both said previous core violations must be corrected by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
