My daughter and I ate at the IHOP on 2100 South. I order diet Pepsi, and the turkey dinner with chicken noodle soup. I felt just fine when I arrived dine. The food tasted ok, but part-way through the chicken soup, I just lost my appetite. I took most of the turkey dinner home and haven't eaten it. I began to feel nauseated and started to vomit, I have vomited about six times and can't sleep due to the stomach pain and head ache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
