4310 Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, 19124 Pennsylvania, United States
On July 18, 2025, at approximately 12:45 PM, I dined at the IHOP located at 4310 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA. I ordered the Cinnamon Bun Crepe Combo, which included a crepe, scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns, along with a French Vanilla Cold Brew Iced Coffee.Immediately upon completing my meal, I began experiencing noticeable stomach cramping. Within the hour, my symptoms escalated to include pronounced gassiness, abdominal pain, and intense waves of nausea. These symptoms persisted throughout the remainder of the day.
Over-the-counter remedies including Alka-Seltzer and a gas relief medication, provided little to no relief. At approximately 8:00 PM, when the symptoms appeared to subside slightly, I ate a small meal. However, shortly after eating, the nausea and cramping returned with increased severity.
At approximately 10:30 PM, I vomited, fully emptying the contents of my stomach. Only then did I begin to feel some relief and was finally able to rest.
The severity, timing, and persistence of the symptoms strongly suggest a case of foodborne illness resulting from the meal consumed at this IHOP location. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas
