Waffle Platter Causes Cramps - IHOP, Ocala Florida

Last Thursday, my sister and I ordered IHOP online. When the food arrived, everything looked normal. I got a waffle platter with eggs, hash browns, and sausage links, and I shared the sausage links with my sister. A few hours later, we fell asleep. When we woke up, we were both experiencing strange symptoms. I suddenly felt bloated, almost like I had caught some kind of stomach bug — that very distinct feeling you get when something isn't right — but I brushed it off. The feeling continued throughout the rest of the day. The next day at work, I started getting stomach pains that came in waves. They were so intense that I had to stop what I was doing and go to the restroom. I was also feeling nauseous the whole time. This happened twice, and I kept thinking it would go away, but it didn't. When I got home, the pain persisted and I felt somewhat dehydrated.
