On Saturday, April 8th, 2003 at 4:00 I consumed an order of Swedish Meatballs with mashed potato, gravy, peas and lingonberries, and a slice of Swedish Apple Cake. At 8:00 pm I began experiencing chills. At approximately 9:30 pm I began vomiting and had diarrhea. 20 minutes later the vomiting reoccurred more violently. The taste of the meatballs and gravy are persistent with burping. On Sunday, April 9th at 3:00 am I had, and continue to have, another bout of diarrhea, and burping the flavor of the meat and gravy. 6:00 am: more diarrhea and sweating. (Up until now I have felt cold). 10:00 am: more diarrhea. 10:30 am: diarrhea … 2 more trips to the toilet. 5:30 pm: diarrhea. 6:30 pm: diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Burping, Other, Sweating
