My boyfriend and I ate the exact same things on Sunday and I was the only one who got nausea, vomiting, stomach pains, potential chills/fever, and diarrhea after 6 hours. I had the salmon with vegetables with a potato + spinach thing, while he had the meatballs with mashed potatoes (he had no food poisoning). | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain
