Tues, Dec.4, 2018. Appx. 8:30 pm. Ordered cheese burger, grilled onion, no tomato. Also french fries and Diet Coke.
Started feeling uncomfortably nauseous at about 9:30 -10:00 pm. By midnight I was vomiting, and that lasted till about 6 a.m. After that, liquid diarrhea for the next 12 hours. Manor amounts of gas and rumbling and unusual bowel movements for the next 24 hours | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
