The only thing I ate was protein style double burger. 30 min later stated getting nauseous and chills I vomited tomato, lettuce and fried | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

This seems problematic and deserves some investigating. I had an extremely similar experience. I ordered a shrimp burrito (uber eats delivery) and minutes later I was sitting on the throne with my head in the trash can. Just thinking about it makes me feel nauseous.
