Severe projectile vomitting and diarrhea. Really bad chills along with nausea and headache. I ordered a double double with regular onion, animal style fries, and vanilla shake. On March 25, 2026 around 11pm. I woke up at 5:45AM and began vomitting at 6:30 AM | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
