Ordered double double cheeseburger and fries on 3/25/26 as take out. Ate meal shortly after leaving restaurant when I arrived home.

Woke up on 3/26/26 which stomach cramps, frequent diarrhea, chills, nausea, headache, fever.

In n Out meal was only meal eaten on 3/25/26.

Possible cross-contamination, temperature, handling issues with ground beef | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
