I haven’t eaten here for a while, and I had a free complementary meal. I ordered a double double with only extra mustard and extra pickles but when I got home, it had lettuce and tomato on it along with the secret sauce and everything else. I ate the lettuce and tomato on the side and the pickles and I hadnt eaten all day. Woke up at 4 AM because I had to go to work at six. Ran to the bathroom because I thought I had to pass gas; nope. Diarrhea run my leg like pee. Mild stomach cramps nothing he didn’t think twice. Went to work around 1030. I was feeling dizzy, severe stomach cramps, hot sweats, clammy, chills, and dry, heaving with nausea. At first, I was thinking, dehydration. Went to the hospital they found nothing wrong. Other than the fact I had a urinary tract infection and mild dehydration. I have been drinking a protein shake in the morning and retrace my steps of everything I ate, and this was the only thing that made sense. I contacted them on Facebook and they’ve reached out to me and I haven’t had an opportunity to call them because I just don’t feel good or in the mood to talk to anybody. It’s 2:30 AM right now July 07th, my stomach is gurgling, and I’ve been up and down to the toilet with the squirts.
I decided to look up if there was a case of food poisoning going around. Obviously there’s other breakouts and other states like California I live in Phoenix Arizona. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Chills, Gas, Other, Dizziness
