Additional information: We’re pretty confident it was from In n out. Symptoms have been ongoing for 20 hours and the last 2 nights of sleep have been horrible due to high fever and heavy night sweats. My boyfriend and I had burgers around 8pm on Monday and have had symptoms ongoing since 11pm/12am that evening. It is now 8am on Wednesday. We have continued to major muscle aches (lower back is worst), neck stiffness, fevers, sweats, dehydration, nausea, headaches, and feel weak. Based on our orders, it was either the lettuce, grilled onions, meat, or cheese. We had not eaten the same thing for 24 hours prior and were with 2 more people who were with us all week, they did not have in n out and do not have symptoms so we feel confident this is from in n out. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Chills, Stomach Pain, Night Sweats
