5:30-7pm my husband and I ate dinner at Incognito Winery on Friday July 19, 2024. Three hours after eating at Incognito, I started becoming nauseas. I took Zofran 4mg with little relief; 2 hours later I developed a headache and stomach pain and took 2 Ibuprofen. After another 2 hours I took 8mg of Zofran and fell asleep with chills, nausea, headache, body pain. I awoke suddenly after a couple hours and began vomiting. I then took another 4mg of Zofran and rested. Food consumed: Red wine flight (shared) Classic Bruschetta (shared) Old Fashioned Donut bread pudding(shared) Parmigiana Sea Bass (me) A glass of Oakville, Napa Valley (me) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
