Severe Reaction: Hotel Meal - Ironworks Hotel Indy, Indianapolis Indiana

01/22/18. At a work conference. We dined in the hotel restaurant, Provision. I ordered the chicken but had to return it due to I requested no chile sauce. A few hours later, I was vomiting and had extensive diarrhea, accompanied by fever and cramping. This went on every 30 minutes for six hours. In retrospect, I should have gone to the hospital. I missed the conference the next day because I was too weak to even get out of bed. Luckily I have a dear friend that lives in Indy, & she brought me some fluids. The third day I had to fly back to my home state. I did not eat for another three days, only crackers & fluids. It was awful. I will not ever visit that restaurant again. Ever. I think I’m still traumatized. I’ve never been so sick in my life. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
