The lunch was served (2 passengers)
One Beef Dish / One Pasta Dish
The beef was served luke warm and raw (not rare)
The pasta was served also luke warm. About 1 hour after the meal the passenger began to feel ill.
Upon arrival JFK the passenger began to vomit -- and continue to vomit on the connecting flight.
Did not feel better until the afternoon of the next day.
The beef dish was shown to the flight attendant who said they following the heating instructions.
The pasta dish was consumed but the after effects were felt about 1 hour after consumption.
A complaint was filed with ITA Airways but no response was received.
