I ordered food from Jack in the Box off of 2801 Hillcroft Ave., Houston, TX 77057. Ultimate cheeseburger, curly fries, and Coke Zero. Ate 75% of the burger, all the fries, and drank half of Coke Zero. Went to bed, woke up and had nausea, severe stomach pains, and diarrhea. Had diarrhea multiple times the next day, and stomach won’t stop hurting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
