I ordered Jumbo Cheese Jack with popcorn chicken, large fries and large dr. pepper on May 4, 2021 through ubereats. the next day around 12 pm I had 2 small itchy bumps on my left knuckles ring finger and 1 bump on my right knuckle pinky. Then I had a stomach upset and red bloody mucus on my stool a few minutes after. I also had a loose stool around 1:30pm. Shaky hands, tight throat feeling, chills and itchy face and body. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Chills, Bloody Stool, Body Ache, Mucus in Stools
