- comments: observed previous core violations from report #2603369 dated: 9/24/24 not corrected as follows; #55-observed stained ceiling tile above the kitchen entry door. Instructed to repair or replace stained ceiling tile. #56-observed burned-out light bulbs in the light fixture in the kitchen corner above the grease trap and one burned-out light bulb in the fixture above the 3-compartment sink. Instructed to replace and maintain. Instructed person in charge to bring violations into compliance and maintain. Priority foundation #7-42-090.
