Around 1pm thursday 4/19/18 for lunch I ordered a Mediterranean wrap and a cup of southwestern chicken chili. The wrap contained an unusually high amount of lettuce as compared to my previous experience with this item from Jasons. By 8pm that night I was violently vomiting and having diarrhea, coupled with fever, chills and achy muscles. Despite being extremely out of it and tired I vomited 10+ times (countless diarrhea bouts) through the night. Every time I vomited or had a bm it contained un-digested contents from the wrap. Friday the vomiting subsided (but the diarrhea persisted until Saturday). Saturday and Sunday i remained nauseous. It is now Monday and I do feel magnitudes better, however my stomach is still somewhat sensitive. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Muscle Pain
