Had a regular super sub for lunch, Mayo and mustard, veggies except tomato. About an hour later, severe cramping, chills, nausea, headache. Aside from coffee early this morning it was only meal. Felt slightly better after finally vomiting 4.5 hours after the meal. Still cramping, nausea remains, headache lightly subsiding. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
