Wednesday, February 7th 2024 I bought, cooked, and ate a frozen Signature Select four cheese rising crust pizza. Shortly after my stomach hurt a LOT. I went to bed a couple hours after. Approximately 7 or 8 hours after consumption, I was vomiting, had diarrhea, and my stomach pain significantly worsened. I only vomitted once, but continued to have diarrhea and stomach pain until Thursday the 8th. Stomach pain and diarrhea occurred again midday Friday the 9th. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
