Wednesday, February 7th 2024 I bought, cooked, and ate a frozen Signature Select four cheese rising crust pizza. Shortly after my stomach hurt a LOT. I went to bed a couple hours after. Approximately 7 or 8 hours after consumption, I was vomiting, had diarrhea, and my
stomach pain significantly worsened. I only vomitted once, but continued to have diarrhea and stomach pain until Thursday the 8th. Stomach pain and diarrhea occurred again midday Friday the 9th.

Lucky Charms cereal: I eat granola cereal in the morning about 1-3x per week and top it with Lucky Charms (about 3/4 cup) for some sweetness. On and off for the past few months, more noticeably, since we got this new box of lucky charms (19 FEB2023
BU 1932 06 A) and finished the last one (threw out box) I’ve been having nausea, stomach pain, very soft stools - notice stool sometimes greenish looking every now and then. Ive been attributing my symptoms to residual effects of my cancer treatments last year, or possibly medications, therefore never suspecting a possible food source. After hearing about these reports, the correlation seemed to make sense. I ate some lucky charms yesterday (4/6/22) and had stomach pains, nausea, vomited later in the day, loose dark and greenish stool, mild headaches. I didnt eat any today and was just telling my wife and brother how I feel much better. My stepson had to call off work a few days ago, and we recall he ate a bowl of lucky charms that day. Please take caution, maybe report your box batches if effected so we can compare and confirm?

The Coastal Companies dba Hearn Kirkwood has voluntarily initiated a recall of its Egg Salad Sandwich due to an undeclared allergen. The product was distributed to institutions, hospitals, and retailers across multiple states including DC, FL, MA, MD, MI, NJ, NY, OH, PA, and VA in the
United States. The recall was initiated after it was discovered that a Tuna Salad Sandwich was mislabeled as an Egg Salad Sandwich, leading to an undeclared allergen of fish (Tuna).
The product in question is the Egg Salad Sandwich, packaged in a 7.22oz (205g) clamshell for individual sale, with the UPC 766375938415. The batch under recall has a use-by date of 03/23/2024. A total of 551 units have been recalled.
Do not consume recalled products to which you are allergic or sensitive as they may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction; and do not serve, use, sell, or distribute recalled products and return them to the store where it was purchased.

I ordered food from Sonic one night. The next morning I had cramps, diarrhea, and nausea. I didn’t feel right the rest of the day. I ate the leftovers from Sonic that night and I was woken up in the middle of the night with the same symptoms again.

I ordered a barbacoa bowl with black beans, pinto, white and brown rice, corn chili and lettuce, sour cream and guac. Ate it about 20 hours ago and it was the last thing I ate. This morning I have been throwing up none stop with diarrhea as well for around 2 hours thus far.

Sunday, April 7, 2024 — lunch time, my son and I ate Hebrew National hot dogs. He mentioned he didn’t feel good as soon as he was done eating. He said his stomach hurt, and laid on the floor. After 10 - 15 minutes he started barfing.
He is 4 years old, He barfed 3 times already. Me (Mom) started feeling sick 20-30 minutes later. I have diarrhea and nausea. It is important to note, my daughter (6), did not eat any hot dogs and has been the only one not sick. I suspect we were food poisoned.
