Hair, Mop String in Sandwich - Jimmy John's, Missoula Montana

4 years ago reported by user-jtvkg764 business

Jimmy John's, Brooks Street, Missoula, MT, USA

3680 Brooks Street, Missoula, 59801 Montana, United States

Never been to Jimmy johns, but i was starving, and it was close. I got a sandwich 7/14/21 round 5:30pm. I ordered a Turkey, salami, provolone with onions, avocado spread, onions, lettuce, tomato, with oil and vinegar and their basil sauce. I ate it round 6:30. Half way thru, I bit in and got a small clump of hair and what looked like a string from a mop. Can only assume they dropped my food on the floor and just picked it up and put in my sandwich. By 7:30, I was hit by horrible stomach cramps and nausea, and half hour later, I was hit with severe diarrhea. Few hrs after that, I got a horrendous headache! For over 24 hours, I had to run to the toilet every half hr! It's been almost 36 hrs, and I'm still suffering from all symptoms! I've had no sleep, I'm exhausted and weak, can't eat, and my insides feel like there's a hand mixer on high, scraping my insides. Seriously, the best way to describe this horrible experience is comparing it to the experience of drinking the prep for a colonoscopy. This is 10 times worse!!! The only other thing I ate that day was a smoothie that I made, with same ingredients I always use. It's obvious that food has absolutely no quality control over their ingredients or staff, and they should be shut down! Noone should experience what I'm going thru!!!!!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Headache, Weakness
