I was on my way home from my first prenatal appointment when I decided that I was starving. My husband got me a unwhich with sliced pickled, hot peppers, oregano basil, turkey, and roast beef. About four hours later I got terrible diarrhea and it has been absolutely nonstop. I have been vomiting and feel so nauseous. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
