I had bacon cheeseburger, fries and drink at 1PM on Friday 19th Jan, 6 hours later at the airport just before a 10 hour flight i started to have a fever and then a bout of vomiting, 12 hours later followed by diarrhea. It was the only thing i ate that day.
Update- I have since seen a doctor who confirmed it was E. coli | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
