- comments: 3-302. 12: must label food storage containers (bulk, squeeze bottles, and shakers )when food is not in the original package.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 10 or more live large flies on half of the wall, boxes on top of reach in coolers, and crawling on the ceiling in prep and dishwashing areas. Also appx. 25 or more live small flies flying around and on walls and ceiling in the dishwashing area. Recommended to have a pest control operator service premises on or after 11/6/24.
