- comments: observed the following sinks not maintained with hot water: improper temperature of hot water observed at adult unisex bathroom 76. 7f, employee washroom hand sink 72f, preschool toilet room 72. 8f, in toddler toilet room 72. 3f, infant diaper changing area hand sink at 72. 4f. Instructed person in charge of hot water at all hand washing sinks must be at least 100�f. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed no certified food manager with allergen training. Instructed any persons with the city of chicago food sanitation certificate to comply with completion of training. Must provide documentation.
