I ordered 2 twister wraps and 2 fries (a deal at KFC). One twister wrap came with supercharger sauce and another with sweet chilli sauce. My partner had the sweet chilli whilst I had the supercharger. Approximately an hour after eating it I had stomach cramps and nausea so had a peppermint tea hoping it would go away. 2 hours after this, the cramps were so intense I couldn’t stand up straight. Shortly after this I felt I was either going to vomit or have diarrhoea but couldn’t figure out which one as both feelings were so intense. I then proceeded to have explosive diarrhoea repeatedly for around 2 hours; the worst I have ever experienced. My partner has yet to experience any issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Vomiting
