Purchased vegetarian rice box, chips and coke approx. 8pm. Next day began to feel unwell. The day after severe vomiting for 12 hours, unable to drink fluids, diarrhoea, migaine from dehydration. Started vomiting at 4am and was unable to consume fluids until 6pm. Horrid ordeal. Had been traced back to eating at KFC. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration
