Chicken Meal Illness Strikes - KFC, Hemet California

May 6 2022 5:00pm approximately. Ordered 2 piece meal with coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy and a 10 piece leg and thigh. Ate the coleslaw and the mashed potatoes and the two piece chicken and 2 pieces out of the 10 piece bucket. About 8 hours later after restless sleep the diarrhea began and then several hours later vomiting. Terribly ill and it feels like I have fever and my nerves are aching. This is the sickest I’ve been in many many years. Also I ordered and drank a large Dr Pepper with light ice. Last time there for me. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
