Ate pre sliced ham and Colby jack cheese around noon on April 24. 30 min after I started having stomach cramps, and hour later I was vomiting and that continued for another 4 hours. By 4 hours I also had diarrhea. Stomach cramping, vomiting, and diarrhea persisted throughout the night. 12 hours total. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
