Instructed manager to ensure hand washing are used for handwashing only. The manager removed items from the hand washing sink. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

Report #2575043, dated april 27, 2023, instructed the facility to #51 install a backflow prevention device at the utility sink and to #57 provide food handler training for all food employees. Observed no backflow prevention device on the utility sink; observed 2 food handlers without food handler training. Instructed manager to address all previous core violations. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
