I ordered a chicken katsu meal (rice, chicken katsu and Mac salad) and my bf ordered the fried white fish meal with the same sides. 15 minutes after eating my chicken katsu meal and 2 bites of my partner’s fish, I had severe stomach pains and diarrhea. The striking stomach pains felt almost unbearable. I could not get up from the toilet for 30 minutes, and started getting hot flashes which drenched me in sweat. I felt nauseous and just in pain, really. The incident happened 1/4/23 unfortunately it was my partner’s birthday too :/ | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Sweating
