- High Priority - Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed octopus and shrimp stored inside of thank you bags at reach in cooler bakery station. **Warning**

- High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw fish stored over cut onions at reach in cooler at bakery station. And observed raw fish stored over cooked pasta at walk in cooler. **Warning**
