Closure Date: 09-22-2020Cockroach infestation. The inspector saw more than 10 live roaches below the oven hood and on the walls, and a dead roach on the floor. Pest control had been out a few days earlier but the bakery was still operating despite the issues. Among other violations, there was a hair on a piece of beef in the meat display case, tamales had been left out at room temperature and there was mold on a wall and debris on the floor.
