We are a family of 4 who each got an empanada and 2 plates of rice with the juice/sauce from the pork. It happened on Sunday, April 14 2023. Symptoms started at 3:00 and 3 out of the 4 were effected and hospitalized for severe dehydration, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, chills, fever…
