Report date: Sep 28, 202010. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: found the front hand sink not accessible: observed a tub of wrapped slice limes and pieces of cut up cardboard inside the sink. Instructed manager to remove all item so employee's could properly wash their hands. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-030(c).
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wiping clothes laying around the prep area. Instructed manager to proper store wiping clothes in sanitizing solution when not in use.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must clean all prep table, counter top, storage shelving, interior of all coolers and freezer to remove spill and/or debris.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed the grease trap under the 3 comp sink on the 1st floor very dirty. Must detail clean and maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed the employee's washroom in the basement prep/storage area not self closing. Instructed the manager to provide and maintain a self closing device on the door.

- comments: floors need cleaning through prep areas and storage areas to remove spills,debris and grease.

- comments: observed leaky pipes dripping onto the floor in the basement prep/storage area. Instructed manager to reseal and keep floors dry as possible to prevent breeding place for pest.
