Severe Illness After Dumplings - Lin's Garden, Gibsonia Pennsylvania

I had the fried dumplings with sauce, and beef with broccoli and white rice Saturday night around 7-8pm and woke up violently sick at around 5 in the morning. Vomiting, diarrhea, fever and chills, stomach/abdominal cramps, dehydration, and dizziness.
