Ordered tacos al carbon from Tamales. Usually don't eat guacamole, but decided to try it. This was Sunday afternoon around 2.Later had broccoli in garlic sauce and pork fried rice leftovers from here. The leftovers were a day or two old. Should have been safe still.
Woke up Monday morning, felt overheated and nauseous at work. Left at 30 minutes. Chills, fever, migraine headache, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea all through yesterday.
Was tested for the flu and covid this morning, both negative. Still achey, stomach upset and unable to go to work.
I think it was either something in the veggies from the leftovers or the guac. I had sweet and sour chicken with the same rice a day or two before and I was perfectly fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills, Migraine
