Two days ago on 01/06/24 my partner and I visited this establishment for a date night. We both ordered ribeye steak- theirs with macaroni and broccoli, and mine was with macaroni and brussel sprouts, and spinach dip as an appetizer. About halfway through the dinner, I had helped eat the appetizer and all was fine, but I ate my brussel sprouts and approximately three bites of my steak before I began to feel “weird.” I stopped eating and went to sit in the car while my partner paid. An hour or so later once we were at home, I was exhausted and wanted to do nothing but sleep while my partner was fine. Went to work the next day and was incredibly nauseous and just overall exhausted, and I ended up throwing up later that day. I’m now on day 2 of this mystery illness and I feel like I’ve been run over by an eighteen wheeler, all while my partner is healthy. The only thing we ate differently was the fact that I had brussel sprouts. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
