Additional information: A friend and I went to Los Olivos Mexican patio for a lunch special last Friday we both noticed the food was cold and the carne asada beef smelled like fish the lettuce was all wilted and melting it was not fresh we both felt I ll within 4 hours after eating it and lasted for a week we have not eaten together anywhere else within the past two weeks | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
