I bought a box of Lucky Charms Chocolate at the grocery store last somewhere around March 24,2022.Opened it on Monday morning 28th and by afternoon my stomach was cramping so hard i thought for sure it would be followed by severe diahharea but that never came. Severe cramping and then the worst nauseau I've ever experienced along with a pounding headache. After hours and hours of agonizing cramps and nauseau i finally threw up and felt some relief. Still couldn't keep anything down including small sips of water or tylenol or pepto bismal. I recovered enough on Wed so that i could eat some chicken and noodle soup and even went outside for some fresh air. Had some more cereal bc i had no idea that's what might have been making me ill. Then BAM. Here comes the cramps and nauseau AGAIN and back into writhing in pain and agony. Threw up again with no relief. I was getting dizzy every time I ran to bathroom to barf and thought about checking into an urgent care bc i was becoming dehydrated. I forced myself to swallow water and gnaw on a banana. Laid in bed praying I'd be ok to go to work the next day so I wouldn't lose any money. Woke up next day and forced myself to go in and thankfully kept getting better and stronger. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
